The Razorback Greenway logo represents our mission to promote active living and community engagement. To ensure consistency and uphold brand integrity, logo use is limited to specific purposes and organizations that align with our values.

LOGO USES:

  • For giveaways or promotional materials approved by the Razorback Greenway Alliance.
  • Prohibited: Use on items for sale is strictly not allowed.

ELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS:

  • Your initiative promotes Northwest Arkansas, active transportation, recreation, trails, or tourism.
  • You are hosting an event or race that utilizes the Razorback Greenway.

Steps to Request Permission

Review the Requirements

Ensure your intended logo use aligns with the permitted uses and eligible organizations criteria listed above.

Complete the Application Form

Submit the form below with details about your organization, event, and intended logo use.

Allow Time for Review

Our team needs up to one month to review and approve your request.

Receive Approval and Resources

If approved, you’ll receive the necessary logo files, brand guidelines, and a usage agreement. Final artwork must be submitted for review to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Organization Information

Organization Name
Enter the full name of your organization as it should appear on approval documents.

Provide a phone number for any follow-up questions regarding your application.
Include a link to your organization’s website or a page related to the event where the logo will be used if applicable.

Logo Usage

Explain how you plan to use the Razorback Greenway logo. Be specific about the purpose and context.
Detail all locations where the logo will appear, such as giveaways, signage, social media posts, or marketing collateral.
Provide the name and contact information of the printer or vendor responsible for producing any merchandise featuring the logo.

APPROVAL PROCESS

Once your submission is reviewed and approved:

  • You’ll receive a logo usage agreement to sign before proceeding.
  • We’ll provide a brand guideline document to ensure proper use.
  • Razorback Greenway logo files will be sent for approved usage.

Note: Artwork must be submitted to the Razorback Greenway Alliance for final approval to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Agreement Duration: Initial agreements are valid for one year. If standards are upheld, agreements may be automatically renewed.
